LITTERS FOR 2008
If
you are looking for a well bred puppy, raised in the home from health tested parents
please register your interest early with us, to
avoid disappointment. Bookings for our puppies usually begin
over a year in advance as you can see from the limited availability of Aritaur pups and pups by our dogs.
We sell puppies to show, work in all disciplines but first and foremost as pets . We have a reputation for top quality puppies with sound character and good health. If you want to show, there is no guarantee how a puppy will develop, but we will not sell any puppy for showing which we would not show ourselves nor do we sell 'show puppies' to be returned if they don't work out. We do not just 'keep the best for ourselves' as can be seen from the number of owner handled Aritaur dogs who win on merit.

The below litters include those by our stud dogs, updated 26th March. We are particular about where our dogs are to be used, both from the character and type of the bitch, and from the home they are to be raised in. All future owners we refer to breeders from our site, can be assured of good quality litters.
Please be aware that we are no longer able to dock tails as it is illegal in England.

This is what tails on Dobes look like (if they're as nice as this one!). Aritaur Unique 'Mara' owned by Dorothy Tomlinson, is the first undocked UK Dobermann to qualify for Crufts. She has an excellent character and superb conformation, and her tail is as perfect as the breed standard expects a tailset to be - "a continuation of the spine". Mara qualified from Judge Avril Stewart in a class of 22 at Birmingham Dobe Ch show. |

This is a repeat mating of that which produced Leibwache Sunset Stripper 'Ruby' (right), who has to date won Minor Puppy Bitch at her first show at Welsh Dobe Open, Best Puppy Bitch at her second show - Birmingham Dobe Ch show and Best Puppy In Breed at Midland Counties (out of 52 puppy entries). Skye has produced 10 pups on her first litter. Skye is a daughter of our Aritaur Histabraq (Bracco), and Savannah Storm of Angels bred by Aimee & Andy Cinderby. This litter doubles up on Aritaur Dominatrix, Top Brood Bitch of the UK Working Group 2007, and dam of the Top Dobermann 2007, and BOB Crufts 2007.

Mikjulora She's The One From Jodaseen (Stella) hip score 2-2. VWD - carrier,
Forto Betelges x Marrijax Matilda at Mikjulora. Stella has been scanned with around 9 puppies and is due on the 19th March 2008. Stella is a very elegant bitch with very good angulation, super head and very good breed type. She has a very kind nature, and proved a lovely mum to her previous litter, which produced some quality pups for the showring. Stella is very happy and settled with her new litter.

Prices from most breeders for a well bred puppy is around £750
- £850 depending on health testing/pedigree and
show/work success. If you pay below £500 you should perhaps question the value of the puppy and the way in which the litter has been raised, but puppies over £1,000 are just from someone cashing in. All parents are health tested above
the basic minimum standards. Don't ask about price
without considering health and breeder back-up. You might be lucky, or you might end up with a dog like Brandy!
